Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

looks like the picture. The outside turquoise material looks really good, feels like it will last more than a few months. However, the brown parts look like cheap plastic, and they feel like they last only a few walks in the sun. So I have mixed feelings about this backpack. Interior: there is enough room for a small laptop/tablet and an adequate space for notebooks and books. There's enough pockets for all that you need- mouse/DOK/earphones etc. Most of the pockets are a little bit thick, which was a pleasant surprise. But the most important pocket - the laptop one, has the same thickness- for a laptop it's not enough in my opinion. Has a smell. No secure strap for the laptop. Back straps are really thin for a backpack, side holders won't hold a water bottle, maybe just a thin umbrella.

I was surprised at how sturdy this bag feels. The two front pockets are perfect to fit all my cables, and I can safely insert my laptop inside and there's still plenty of space left, without the bag looking too big. Would recommend!
