Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Delivery-almost within the promised time, received literally two days later. I liked the bag-light, soft, a little slippery to the touch. The length of 30 cm is taking into account the side pockets. Without them-26 cm, and on the bottom-even less. I would like a larger bag, especially in winter-put gloves in the store, a hat. The phone can be put in the pocket on the front side, there are no sewn pockets inside the bag. In general-I am satisfied with the purchase.

Nice bag. I find it very original. Many pockets all usable. He's here on the date. The touch is soft. If I have to put some glue on the lining I think it has a lot to put on, and the pendants on the zippers aren't very pretty. But I still find it a good bag with great capacity.
