Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

awesome backpack, did not know the waterbottle slot did not stretch so not great for big bottles (if any at all). pretty roomy but i wouldn't recommend hanging it up if you've put a lot of weight in it because the hanging strap is not that strong. Mine broke within a few days but not a problem, personally. 4/5 because it was accurate but the inside isnt plastic-y as it shows. the entire thing is fabric.
