Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I like the backpack very much. the store packed well. but, it is better for women to get it small. I have a 158 height, so the backpack fits perfectly, and the high ones will look like a child.

The bag came to Minsk in 24 days, tracked. Well packed like in a fairy tale: a bag in a case, a case in an envelope, an envelope in a bag! It's pretty neat, the fittings are good. Leather (I doubt it) is soft, although a bag made of the same material has lasted for 3 (three) years-no gusts or cracks! Will lie until the summer-only then when wearing it may appear.
