Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The hat was packed really carefully, however, some morons, probably in Customs, had cut holes in those bags, so there was no protective air inside and the hat was deformed a bit, but still no major damage. Anyway, thumbs up for this cool headgear!!
Fulfilled my expectations. It's stiff felt, not so hard. Is made of wool. It is very soft and the hat has cute color. The packaging was good, a little folded, but I was able to compose it.
