How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Vovionline (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

These earbuds have been great so far. I purchased these to use when I work out. Battery life has been great and lasts a long time. I like that I don't have to charge them everyday with minimal use. No complaints so far.
Battery life is better than expected. Comfortable to wear and can hear clear. Decent for music but nothing hard hitting or deep. Bluetooth has great range. I’ve had these a couple months and still work like day 1.
They're sports headphones with "hook" with a pretty good sound. I'm still doing the analysis and soon it'll be on my channel, so far I can advance that it's pretty good and a more than decent sound for the price they have.
My woman got this before me, and she loves them I tried them on for a good gym sesh and I loved them. I ended up buying a pair and just got them so I will update in about a month…..
So 8 hrs of battery life doesn't sound like a lot right off the bat, but the case is a charging case that stays charged for at least 30 hours, so while you're storing them away, they can still be charged. The design is great. You can remove the behind the ear clip if you just want the earbud. Overall. Great product
Perfect for sports, easy to use, comfortable to wear and do not fall!! The sound is very good. I recommend this product
They are comfortable, listen great, connect quickly and smoothly and have 3 buttons (much more comfortable than headphones with 1 single button, those seem uncomfortable to me when I turn up/down the volume or change the song).

They're ideal for exercise. They adapt perfectly to run and exercise intense. The option of being able to use them with the adapter to do sport, which cries out two different models that you can interact or use without the ear attachment seems very practical to me because using them so like for day to day. Highly recommended

I struggle to find earbuds that fit into my ears comfortably but these ones my only fit but they're secure thanks to the sport hook. They're not secure enough to sleep in but they do stay in while eating which means I can listen to a podcast while eating my lunch!
The sound of these headphones is very good, hold very well to the ears even when running. Work at good distance. Recharging is done directly when replacing them in the charging box, even if it is not connected, a battery is inside with a charge indicator which is convenient to take them everywhere. Happy with this purchase, I recommend.
