How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Vovionline (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I ordered this looking for something nice and inexpensive to wear to a party. I rarely wear dresses but this was gorgeous!!it was a perfect fit and flowing for the party I attended
I love this dress. It was too long as I am 5ft 3in. But I used safety pins to pull the front up and covered it with a leather belt. not see through. Fabric felt nice on my skin. I received compliments all night long!
That's a little tall, 169-68. But the road is long and good. It's very expensive and seems to be possible until early summer
I really do love the way this dress looks. I got a size small in the color black.The bottom hits me above my ankle and I’ve been able to wear this dress with loafers, heels, sneakers, and platform boots. They all look fantastic with the right accessories.Overall I’m very happy with this dress. My absolute favorite part is that it has pockets.
The dress is simple. I like that. You can dress it up or dress it down. It has a semi heavy feel, like a light-weight denim, even though it is cotton.

Beautiful dress. I wear a large and ordered a large and it fit just right. However, it wasn't flowy to the floor like I wanted. I'm 5.5 feet tall and I guess if u are taller the dress is just gonna end up being above ur feet. Aside that the fabric if great. Adding a belt to the dress brings out the beauty.
I like this dress very much as I especially like shirt dress styles and maxi dresses. This gives very moody, semi-goth housewife vibes. The fabric is very lightweight and I think if you roll up the sleeves this is a nice 3 season dress. The sleeves are a little wide or boxy but I don’t think it matters that much to the overall look.
I like the dress the top part was way to big had to get it altered. Other than that I like the dress the length was perfect and the style wad nice
The dress fit very well and flowy. It's not see through. Has elastic around the rib cage to give you a little wiggle room. Material is heavy. The only thing I dislike is the arms are a little when you first put it on but the longer you wear it, it adjusted itself. Overall I love it and will be getting this in black.
Amazing dress
I ordered a large to fit my bump. I tried it and it fit perfectly! It is not see through at all,I added a homemade belt to finish off the look. So many compliments and I felt comfortable.
I like the looser clothes, so I took the L size, a little above the ankle, which is exactly what I want. The fabric is very comfortable, and the color is also suitable for the early autumn season. Satisfied, new style will come again!

I bought it last minute for a an all white party just because I needed something whitw to wear as soon possible. I bought it with very little conviction but I was pleasantly surprised. I absolutely love this dress and I received soo many compliments. I will recommend styling it with a sash ou obi belt and some high heels, it brings the dress to a new level of chic, class and elegance.
