Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I received a hat. of course it's not straw, synthetics... I came crumpled and agree with reviews, it's difficult to steam it...
The hat would be just perfect, if the fields were stronger and not sagging, and so everything is very good.

I received the item with its bubble pack torn and the hat was folded and wrinkled at the brims. I had to use a steam iron to iron the wrinkles out ans it's as good as new.

The strap can be adjust if needed, the material is soft and the brim can't hold position it bent easily on bike ride, sit well and look nice.
