Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

SO CUTE OMG, it has heart shaped details everywhere (the zip, the material outside, the detachable half pearl-chain), two charms you can attach and it even came with a little christmas themed gift !! It’s perfect size to fit an iPad air (mine is 5th gen for reference), and has an internal pocket. The shipping was around two weeks. luv it :)

The bag is just an IMBA, complete with a chain with pearls and two pendants, one of them is plush. I think without these accessories, the bag would look not so winning, but in any case, I really liked it, the store even put a cute gift with several stickers and a clip (but I'm not sure that the gift is from this seller, because he fell out of the total mass of parcels)))
