Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Item would deserve 5 stars, as the packaging was excellent as it came in a plastic cushion bag with no folds or crushing, just ready to be worn. I have received other bad packaged hats that were unable to use due to terrible folding and packaging, but this store packaging is wonderful. Hat matchs description, accurate for 53cms head. I don't give 5 stars because it should be delivered within 10 days but failed to and arrived 5 days later. To my eyes, "10 days delivery" service worths for nothing, they never arrive on time.
